Use to get my trailer parts here because the salesman new what I needed, he really knew his stuff when it came to trailers and parts. Now the new sales woman, does not have background knowledge in trailer parts and couldn't help me. I am very disappointed to see the old salesman gone because he was really good at getting the parts I needed fast, accurate, and on time without any I don't knows and I can't helps you
Absolutely the worst customer service ever! I live 120 miles from this place .. I've been looking for a trailer at least 7 feet tall.. called out and talked to Jeremy he said they had a aluminum elite that was 7 1/2 feet tall and 7 feet wide... made the long drive out the next day with my tape measure in hand to find out it was 6'2 tall and 6'4 wide .. expressed my situation to Jeremy and all he could say was well that's what the manufacturer calls it .. 7 foot... i had previously told him on the phone i needed the trailer for drafts horses and he said it was big enough since it was over 7 feet... i reminded him of this and he replies "oh no aint no draft horse gunna fit in this" .. NO KIDDING! this guy couldn't apologize for nothing for running me 240 miles out of my way in rain for something he said the trailer was that it wasn't ! Then said he could direct me to another place that may have some bigger trailers .. he gave me bad directions to a RV trailer lot ! Seriously .. maybe educate your staff on what they are selling because I was very clear on what I was looking for on the phone. Oh and definitely some customer service skills as this guy had none! ...the girl at the desk was nice though .. definitely would never consider doing any business in the future here and would never recommend this shop for any reason.
