Terrible General Manager. Someone makes that kind of cash and steals from employees and customers, has more problems than just being a cooked thief. Shady as one can get. Go somewhere else, if not then know you were warned.
Bought a 2014 Chevy Equinox from them. Good overall experience. Had some confusion over what "Out the Door" means. But I should have read the contract before signing and they did do something after the fact, not what I would call coming to an agreement about the term "out the door", but it was a sign of good faith so I'm not going to fault them for it. Over all a great experience. Our salesman Mike was super nice and helpful. The financing did have some issues due to the bank being difficult but they got it all sorted out. Overall not a bad experience considering the pain Car buying can be. I will be back to order my ZR2 from them.
Great service, as well as friendly. I might suggest though, that if they are going to wash the car for me.....and, it was an EXCELLENT job....that they also take five minutes more and vacuum it inside. Just a thought....not a complaint!!!
I really love Auffenberg, especially the atmosphere. The staff was so wonderful too, that is outstanding in my standards.
