They are friendly and supper nice, they will work hard to put you in a car or truck that you can afford..
This company is a complete sham. Having just started a new job when my car went out I was desperate. They were so eager to unload a car on anyone that they sold me one that died when I was taking it home. Luckily I was able to get it started again to take it back. They assured me it would be ready by the next day. They called and I came to pick it up. The following day their garage called and told me the second part that they needed to replace had just come in. Again I went to pick it up and it died again. The dime store garage that they kept having me take it to never put it on any kind of a machine all they did was guess as to what was wrong with it. The check engine light kept popping on and off and all they did was get it to go off long enough to keep me shut up. I finally took the car back to them after one month and gave them their keys and their car. Now, they are suing me for broken promises. I advise everyone to steer clear of this place they are complete scam artists
only place that would let us put 800 down paying over 3 times the value of the vehical before finance charges. would have went some where else but had no choice.
Don't buy a car from them
Customer service with this company is completely non exsistant. My fiance was purchasing a vehicle from them and within the first month we found out the car has been wrecked and repainted which both of which they denied. Took the car to a dodge dealer and has the vin run and it came back to the original color of the car. They called my fiance a liar to his face in front of other customers for something that they were the ones lying. One of the special tools needed to change a flat was not in the car when purchased either. When they were told to come get the car, they got ignorant again. The people at corporate so far have been nice, but the local site is full of liars and unprofessional jerks. Would not recommend this car dealer to anyone who expects to be treated respectfully or not bullied.
