They were so wonderful! Our Christmas plans fell apart for various reasons. They were among the few restaurants open after 6pm. We've been here before and it was a pleasant experience. So we went to 1st Wok for a Christmas Eve dinner. They were so hospitable and treated all of us like we were so important to them. It was an even better experience than before. They're wonderful people and the food was hot, fresh and delicious.

Food is incredible. Absolutely perfect delivery place. Dropped star is solely so I can offer constructive criticism on the dine-in experience. The food is no less delicious, certainly, and the space, while small, is very homey and welcoming. Food is served in delivery trays even dining in, which has its own appeal and is something I rather enjoy. More table options and more space at each would go a long way to improve things, as would a greater drink selection.
Overall, amazing food with top tier delivery service and quaint dine-in service that could use just a bit of refining.
Not impressed. Moved to Farmington in June and had a desire for some Chinese. Tried the Hot Braised Chicken which was anything but hot in temperature or taste. Also had Crab Rangoon, which barely had a tablespoon of filling. First trip will be my last.
First Wok has been my first stop for chinese take-out for 15+ years since the doors opened. The owner Jeff gets to know his regulars on a first name basis, and is a huge contributor to the Farmington community. Every item I've tried has been great. His General Tso's Chicken is the best I've had! First Wok's General Tso's is the litmus test for the dish. I always compare other restaurants versions of the dish to Jeff's, and no one else has come close. Perfect blend of sweet, savory, and spice(not to mention quality light and dark chicken from the thigh); it might not be a "real" chinese dish, but in my opinion, if a restaurant can't put forth an appealing General Tso's or decent Lo Mein, I'm not coming back. 15 years and counting for First Wok!
