Been going here sence I was asked not to return to VA in STL. Thank you!!! They are nice, friendly and helpful. The only reason it gets 4 stars, it is after all a VA.
Is there a Negative 5 these People almost Killed Me and for all practical Purposes Destroyed my Life.the Place is a Waste of Taxpayer Money.The Place is a good place to go if you have a Death Wish.in Fact since they did Destroy my life for all Practical Purposes by Destroying my ability to work yes I lost my Job because of this VA Clinic in Farmington Missouri what they done to me was an atrocity my Hearing is messed up my Vision is messed up.they do not know what they are doing.They altered my medical records to cover up their mistakes.if I do not get any better by June the 19th 2017 then my only avenue will be Suicide
