They still care and listen well. I would recommend to friends and family.
The WORST service ever!! I've been a patient for ten years but recent changes have made this a terrible doctor's office. I'm switching. I can never ever get someone on the phone when I'm sick or my kids are. There is no way to leave a message to even get a call back. To get a refill you have to spend hours hitting redial because the phone won't put you on hold; it will hang up on you. I hate the changes. I hate the online website. I cannot believe this is how things have changed. &I I have even been yelled at by one of the receptionists. After ten years of being a patient you'd think it would be different.
Sometimes difficult to get someone on the phone (no worse than any other doctors office), but other than that, it's a fantastic place. My daughter sees NP Melinda Dugal, and we've seen Doctor Danielle Carron as well. Melinda does everything she can for us, and is so caring, and treats us like family. Dr. Carron is very nice, and wonderful to my daughter as well. I've been seeing both of them since I was pregnant, and I wouldn't go to anyone else. They try to get us in the day I call, and most of the receptionist are very polite and friendly. I'm especially fond of Rita, as I've known her from my pregnancy as well, but they've all always been very kind to us. They're just a very busy doctor's office, always full of patients, and they take their time with each one. 10/10, I would recommend to my friends and family any day.
I have been using Dr. Danielle Carron for years, she delivered my son when she still worked at Ladies First (hated that place, but loved her). Sometimes it is hard to get hold of the office through phone, but they have MyCharts and you can email them directly for questions and concerns, and you can set up appointments on the website! Dr. Carron is an absolute joy, she listens to your concerns and will explain everything in a manner to which you can understand.
I have been a patient for 14 years, their staff is beyond rude and constantly lie about everything. They mixed up my husband's records with mine and have done nothing but belittle us both for the past couple months. And when you call them out on their lies they LAUGH at you and think it's funny! Worst place ever!! Wouldn't take my dog there for treatment! It's sad that they are being allowed to treat people this way...definitely calling the BBB!
