THE PHONE SYSTEM IS REALLY,,, I'VE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 32 MINS JUST TO MAKE AN APPT AND STILL NO ONE HAS COME ON THE LINE. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

She said we have to fill out paperwork to get an appointment, and then "NO YOU CAN'T JUST COME IN AND DO IT." ??? What the heck? This place is messed up. Why can't you just make the appointment, and deal with the additional paperwork when we get there?
