Terrible service. The place only has two office staff and 1 doctor. If you want to sit for 4 hours then this is the place to go. Your better off going to the ER because you would get in and out the door quicker. Stay away from this office at all possible costs

I was recently refused treatment for a sinus infection by Midwest Convenient Care only because I was a breastfeeding mother. I waited 1.5 hours to be called into an exam room only to be told I could not be seen for ANYTHING due to the fact I was breastfeeding. No examination was given and I was escorted out. This policy is outrageous! So if you're breastfeeding and plan to be examined and given breastfeeding-safe prescriptions, don't waste your time here! They won't treat you.
Staff was very professional and very caring. You don't see that very often these days. Was in and out in less than a hour.
