Lowes in Farmington mo I had carpet installed almost 2 years ago in 4 bedrooms living room hall and stairs it looked beautiful almost 2 years later it started bubbling up everywhere I called lowes they said the installation is only guaranteed for 1 year and wanted to charge me 500+ to stretch.... the guy they sent out to look at it told me its because of the weather that it stretched out??? I told him its always 71 degrees in my house.. I have a basement so the temperature of the floor does not change. Every room and the hallway all have giant wrinkles that we trip over. The only thing that hasn't wrinkled is the stairs. When I asked Kate at Lowes to send out the original installer she said they don't work for Lowes anymore. I think Lowes should stand behind the installers and make this right. My husband owns a construction company and uses Lowes a lot for building houses, but not anymore.....
