One of the executives working for this company is Tim Meyers. He has rental properties and will not give your deposit back. He comes up with all sorts of reasons for why your apartment does not qualify for any rebate and also DOES NOT allow the renter to participate in the final inspection, which is contrary to the federal renters regulation that says the renter must be allowed to attend the final inspection. Renter beware!!!
