Just had to terminate that call because the "lady" on the land line side was very rude and continued to cut me off. Then the guy on the wireless side said I'd be charged to pay my bill (which I can't access on-line) over the phone. Ended call before I became completely irrational over the phone.
Management was rude and not helpful. Switched to Verizon that night and I do not regret it.
I've been lied to, deceived and my billing is now so screwed up that I'm not sure how its going to get fixed (I'm on hold as I type). I wasn't told about "transfer charges," I was told I'd get channels (on Direct TV) that didn't come with the package I ended up getting. My bill indicated my transferred line was "cancelled for non-payment," and the list goes on. I've talked with numerous folks, been given disconnected support lines, getting billed for "activity" on a line that no longer exists and not sure I can access the bill I need to pay.
Worst customer service ever. When asking a rep a question his answer more than once is "I don't know".....really? Why are you on the sales floor? Then he gives me at&t phone number. What are you there for?

Well, I've got over two hours invested this morning in addressing those - and some newly identified problems - and I'm done with discretion.
I started out writing a long, scathing review over the weekend because I was so tired and frustrated with the amount of time and effort put into clearing up billing problems and inadequate service issues that followed my recent trip into your store. Liars dnt kno what or who to believe been lied to so much, they barely answer their phone when u explain the problems you have with them they come off as very rude n condecending like as in how dare u question our character and ethics nobody here would do such a thing oh yes they would n they do all the time even when trying to explain my situation to the lady manager wish I could remember her name she ran me out of the store and n so many words tried to accuse me of lying and misunderstood n I knew better quite honestly would give zero stars if I could horrible business
I'm stuck till 2019 with phone and TV contracts. Can't wait to leave AT&T. Zero use for any of them - even the nice folks who are happy to help you.
As is frequently the case, after reflection, I determined to erase the lengthy dissertation in lieu of a one word review: "Dissatisfied."
The person helping us couldn't figure out how to install a screen protector and a case without having the screen protector raise up and bubble. After an hour we said we will leave the case off so we could get out of there. He was a smart ass and said a couple times if we could do better for us to do it. Well I am taking his advice I will buy our screen protectors and cases from Amazon and do it my self.
