I have been using Alarm Security for years now. They are super trustworthy and quick to help with any question that may arise. Earlier this month, they even helped me set up a temporary pass code for a friend to use to enter our home and feed our cat while we were on vacation.
I can't think of any other Alarm Company I would trust to secure my home. I remember a time right after we got our system installed it started to beep randomly. My wife called and spoke to Matt personally and got the problem resolved (after hours). The next day a service tech called me to ensure the system was working properly. On a personal note with the amount of homes being broken into lately I am glad I went with a LOCAL company to protect my home. Matt is a stand up business owner who provides an excellent service at an affordable price. He is a family man as well as a follower and preacher of God. I would highly recommend Alarm Security to anyone interested in this service. He is locally owned and has a very nice office directly across from Wal Mart. You can always walk in and talk to the owner himself. You won't find this at a corporate alarm company.

Of course, during that time, we have run into a situation or two where an electronic component has failed, but after one phone call, each problem was remedied and our system was restored within a matter of hours. The owner didn't delay in dispatching a tech, and the tech didn't have to use guess work to solve the problem; they simply showed up quickly and knowledgeably resolved the issue. That's the type of customer service that we, as consumers, should be able to expect from every business, but unfortunately that's not the case these days. However, it is the case here!
