I would like to take a minute and Share an experience with a Service Rep named Chris Peterson. We have a mutual customer that broke down when he was close to Chris's store. As it turns out, the repair was a result of something that we had done on a previous repair. Chris not only took care of the customer, but he extended that excellent customer service to me as well. Too often we have dealerships that take advantage of the customer, or the previous dealer or both. Chris made me feel like if i iowned a truck, that he would be the person i would take it to. Thank you Chris for being fair, and taking care of our mutual client. I would recomend any one close to this dealer to go there. Tow past other ones if you need to, it is worth it.
I only deal with the parts department so I can't speak for service or sales. Their parts prices cannot be beat, I source from multiple distributors and TAG routinely sells me parts cheaper than everybody else. The parts people are always friendly on the phone, but I seldom get a call back or follow up email, I usually have to call them back to follow up. Great prices but poor communication.
Had truck towed to their service department for them to successfully misdiagnose the problem twice before they realized it was the ecm. First I was told it needed injectors after paying $5400 for them to replace these it lasted 10 miles before I had to turn around and go back. After 2 more days I was told needed high pressure pump there went another $2300 got it back and it was blowing black smoke within the first 20 miles. after a month of not using my truck they decided it needed a ecm and finally fixed it right (that was another $2400) never once did they admit to misdiagnosing nor did they offer any sort of refund on the guessing game they played replacing parts. After a month of no truck and 11 grand I finally got a truck that has lasted a few months so far. Never again will I make a mistake of taking a truck back to tag. I will have it towed the extra 70 miles to not go thru this again
An owner operator who I work closely with went to this location and everyone was very helpful to get him in and out and the price was great. Excellent customer service!!!!
I was purchasing wheel studs for the company I work for. We called and they stated they had the parts and we requested overnite shipping. They said they would have the parts there by quitting time. They never showed up. The next morning I called and asked what happened and they said they didn't have time. I again stated the customer was in dire need of the parts and and hour before we close they arrived with them. We got half of the job done and realized they brought the wrong parts for the other half. I called and they offered no apology. We won't be back
