With just a phone call and speaking to Jessica we were able to get fast and quality service in the house. Caleb was very efficient and attentive to details in answering our questions and restored our old lines with new ones that are NOW up to date.I recommend Spectrum to anyone in the area.
Hate charter, they lie about pricing, they'll tell you free install and first month but bill you for it anyway, they make a big mess during install and leave for you to clean up after them. I HIGHLY RECOMEND DO NOT USE CHARTER!!!! Love my direct tv.
Fast and reliable service. The only time we had an outage was when the big storm came through and knocked the electric out. As soon as the electric was restored the internet came right back on no issues.
I have never been lied to or screwed around so much as i have by Charter/Spectrum! But what do you do with a company that has a monopoly in this area, you either deal with it or do without. "A monopoly is unconstitutional" but that doesn't mean much when a company has politicians in their pockets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
