Personally, I wouldn't recommend these apartments. We lived in Arbor Ridge for over a year. I called several times, at least five or more, about our dishwasher not working. They came out to look at it but never actually fixed it. The dryer barely worked, had to run it multiple times before it would dry a single load. So we finally moved out and we spent an entire day bleaching everything, vacuuming, wiping down walls, and when we were finished it looked like we were never there. We got our "Move out refund" almost a month later for not even $300. I called to find out where the rest of my deposit went and they claimed the cleaning lady spent 8 hours cleaning our apartment. I asked what she claimed to have done because we cleaned very well, spent an entire day cleaning, and there was not 8 hours of cleaning to do. The woman just said well that's how long she said she was there. It's good to know this cleaning lady can claim whatever amount of time that she wants without anyone double checking. We wiped walls, the refrigerator, oven, microwave, and bleached every surface. Really wish I would've documented what we did but I didn't think this was going to be an issue. I'll make sure to warn people before doing business with them.
