She's too lazy to want to do her job. She'd rather be anywhere on earth than family video! And she absolutely let's the customer feel her anguish about hating her job. The other employees share in our disgust with their manager. Rudest, most ridiculous "lady" I've ever encountered!! Corporate says the problem has been addressed with her but apparently she doesn't care, she continues to be s terrible person. Next step, she needs to find a different occupation that doesn't involve being anywhere near the public. What a nasty woman!!!!
The store manager (older, frizzy haired rude lady) is AWFUL. No idea how she made it to management. All of the other employees are wonderful. She is rude. She has zero customer service skills. Acts like an animal. Has refused to let my children use "her bathroom" numerous times, always a different excuse..."its broken ", " are you actually customers?... It's only for customers... Are you actually renting movies TODAY??" "UUUUGGGGHHHH OK FINE YOU CAN USE MY BATHROOM GEEZ!"

Very neat, clean and organized. Great hours and great staff. Very good deals on rentals... have texting options where deals for that day or other deals are sent right to your phone via text. They have awesome deals for brand new customers!Overall I think this store is great!
