This is the best CrossFit gym I've been to. The friendly and knowledgeable staff does a great job from start to finish of a workout. It's a place where everyone is included regardless of ability. The members are also very supportive and encouraging and that make a big difference. Their beginner program can get "anyone" ready to do CrossFit.
