I was told by the company to remove my initial review due to making libelous comments.
MINUTES after i left this review, Kyle Short called me and proceeded to pick apart each part of the review stating my experience with the company was not factual and was detrimental to his business. He refused to take any ownership in the poor service I received in regards to the invoice and unwarranted charges.Once the conversation between us became a petty argument about details and that in his opinion, even though they charged me for certain things that weren't accurate, the insurance company was still going to pay for it so I shouldn't have a problem with it, I explained to him that our conversation certainly wasn't helping improve my opinion of the company, and hung up.
