I purchased a Bad Boy Outlaw from Greg & Christie along with a trailer and numerous other pieces of equipment for my tractor. Recieved excellent service before, during & after the sale.
I contacted them about a concrete mixer they had posted on craigslist that was for sale. Confirmed over the phone regarding the availability of the item before making the trip to purchase and pick up. Upon arriving I was greeted by the employee to look over and purchase the mixer, I agreed that I wanted it and proceeded to purchase. While I was inside paying with debit card, the gentleman who I spoke with about the mixer began preparing the mixer to load on my trailer. Once I completed payment, I went outside to assist with loading and was then informed the mixer was sold. I was a bit confused and then asked for my money back, after some phone calls to my bank, funds were reissued to my account. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and wish they would have told me it was sold when I initially called or even before charging my account for the mixer. Due to my experiences I suggest that anyone wanting to purchase from here, please get valid conformation of item availability before wasting your time like I did today.
