THEY DID NOT CALL ME BACK.
I have no issues with the staff and I'm not mad. I'm confused and feel hopeless once again. I do appreciate the staff getting my records so quickly as my husband waited for them. I need good doctors, but I need them on my side and to listen. Im big on manners for one, so if I'm speaking, I dont want to be interpreted even if Im rattling on. IM PAYING FOR MY TIME, I deserve at least half of it.
First time visit. Compliments are apparently a waste of docs time. I therefore felt rushed and began to have a panic attack and was walked out the back door and told to sit in my car while he spoke to my husband. I was not even raising my tone or cursing or anything.
Went with my father because he has severe memory problems. They asked me to wait out front while they did a procedure and told me they would call me back when the doctor spoke to him.
Maybe hes a great doctor and all the others were bad, but to walk me out the back door Im told is actually Not even supposed to happen at a doctor appointment. No one has authority over me or anything either so yeah, I was hurt and very upset. Being told also that I need to forget about my Leaky Tricusbid Valve and the new valve insufficiency recently found via echo is rediculous advice! I take my heart health seriously. Just because its not the main valves does not mean that its not just as important and some people do read their bodies well enough to know when something has changed. ""I felt foolish and let down."'
He would probably never see me again if he does anyway after this post. He says I dont need his help. ""When exactly does a patient with leaky valves and regurgitation need a cardiologist than?"" After so many strokes they are crippled! ¿¿!

Not what I expected from all the media and hype about this quote unquote "best doctor for heart health in my area"!
I was never out of line considering my condition and I feel he was way out of line, I was offended and unheard. Didn't even get to mention all my symptoms. He mentioned a heart monitor but than didn't do that in the end. (Remember I was in the car, idk what all was said or done after that. ) I just know that I refuse to not Speak Up and tell my honest opinion.
:/ Im no child, and what my body is telling me isn't normal. For someone to know me barely 3 minutes and threaten to "yell at me like my last doctor did!". Unprofessional and very disrespectful. At least give a patient 5 minutes to feel comfy enough to speak to you about their issues. Especially patience who have anxiety.
Father came out ready to go home and has no idea what the Dr said.
