Someone in the office changed my appointment. When I showed up for that appointment they would not see me even though it was one of the staff who changed the appointment. I lost a day of work and travel expenses to make that appointment. They said the VA would not pay them if I was seen that day. I feel they were more worried about getting paid then they were about the money I lost. They were very unprofesional.
Dr Duddy and the staff in the back are wonderful and very professional. The receptionist, Dawn, is rude, unprofessional and and is the reason I will not recommend this place to anyone, ever. I have visted the office on 3 different occasions and she was rude and unprofessional every single time; she never opened the window to greet me, she was staring at me and whispering to the other woman behind the desk and was unprofessional in that I know personal things about her because she was talking about them loudly behind the desk. It's obvious this poor woman isn't happy at this job and should maybe find a different one. I was utterly appalled at her failed attempt at customer service.
I agree with the comment above about the office staff. I was a new patient and stared at the mirrored windows a long time before they acknowledged me. I felt like I was going through an injection mill and 10 times worse since I went!
