staff is VERY kind and helpful. Our little girl had a strange amber liquid behind her ear drum & has seen nurse Glen twice now. Both times, he, and the staff where very kind and very professional with her. i will take her nowhere else now and i thank you for being so gentle and understanding with our child. By the next visit we where happy to find out that the liquid had gone, and she can now hear impeccably well out of BOTH ears. The Audiologist is magnificent at her job & i have no complaints at all. I thought cleaning out her ears was going to be next to impossible, but much to my amazement, it was a breeze. They all have such a good demeanor with children and overly worried mothers;) both us, and our little girl are satisfied with the care we received.
