My regular repair shop could not find cause of the battery going dead after sitting overnight. I looked for an auto shop with electrical experience. Sam listened to my issue and said that they would look at for me and seemed to have exceptional confidence that they could pinpoint the problem. The car was dropped off at the shop and problem identified,and repaired by the end of the day. He kept it overnight to make sure there was no other issue. Sam and his crew did what they said they could and I was very impressed. The cleanliness of this shop is something I have never seen before either. Good Job!
This shop exhibited the best customer service I could have hoped for. I had a flat tire on the highway on my way to the airport. The manager came out immediately to where we were and installed our spare for us. When I went back to the shop they were very busy and I simply couldn’t believe they took the time to do this for me.
