New pineapple Pico is great,nice people,my burrito in a boul was very good.
Took my boyfriend here for the first time!! He LOVED it, and he's pretty picky!! He was impressed by how fresh everything tasted and how he was able to customize his dish. I already knew I liked Qdoba so now that he knows HE likes it, it'll become a regular haunt!
Food is alright. People always seem to either be angry or clueless when we go there. Last time the guy doing the cooking would be visibly upset and sling things around and make noise every time the people in the front would ask him for something that was empty. Looks like they hate their job.
Customer service was poor. No one said high or looked at me. It was not busy. I let them know I haven't been here before and they just asked what do you want. I let them know I had no clue how to order, and the employee was off no help. There were two employees on line and both looked sad and did not want to be there. This was not a welcoming experience for a first time visit. The burrito tasted bland and line chicken was hard. I would not recommend this place.
